Postural Strength

Postural strength is vital to our wellbeing. Home offices have become the new normal since COVID. Poor posture and ergonomics have become the fallout endemic. Your Natural Health Physician can assess your posture and fix the pain it may be creating as well as prepare personal exercises to combat or prevent further changes. This will not only help for home office use but also for life and appearances as you age.

Exercise Rehabilitation

Performed as either a follow up to acute care treatment or to strengthen a chronic weakness, rehabilitative and physical therapy involve various methods of stretching and strengthening exercises to help develop weakened muscle groups and restore better tone to damaged tissues.

This is done using exercise equipment, weights and resistive tubing at the Center, your health club or at home. Your Natural Health Physician will instruct you on the most appropriate stretches, proper choice and use of exercise equipment and rehabilitation guidelines. Our goal is to restore the muscles, ligaments and joints to a more functional state and reduce the possibility of reinjury.
